# How to swap SOL for USDC

### What is USDC?

[USDC is a cryptocurrency](https://www.coinbase.com/usdc) with versions on many different blockchains. In order to use USDC with products from The Roundies, you will need to use the USDC Solana token. You WILL NOT be able to use USDC from other blockchains (like ETH, etc)

### Use Phantom wallet

This is easiest for Phantom wallet users. Phantom has a built in interface for swapping tokens.

### Use a Dex

There are many services out there that will let you trade SOL for other Solana tokens in the ecosystem. ALWAYS USE A REPUTABLE SERVICE. Here are a couple:
